What is the ruling on working in foreign companies in Morocco that serve foreign clients and market various products via telephone, considering the prevalence of temptation within them?

It is not permissible for men and women to work in mixed environments due to the corrupting influences this causes, which lead to immorality. For this reason, Islamic law has blocked paths that lead to falling into the forbidden. We have already mentioned the prohibition of mixing, and its emphasis on preserving the modesty and chastity of women, and protecting men from casting their gazes freely. There is no objection to a woman working if she is with other women like herself, or if she is alone and communicates with customers, provided she adheres to proper speech etiquette and does not speak alluringly with men, as Allah says: (O wives of the Prophet, you are not like any other women. If you fear Allah, do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate words) Al-Ahzab/32.
