What is the ruling on employing unveiled yet respectable women in a telephone service company that works for foreign companies?

Employing a woman who beautifies herself (تبرج) in a permissible job is forbidden due to the employer's approval of a vice occurring within his authority, and due to his aiding it by employing her, as it leads to temptation for others. Therefore, whoever employs a woman must stipulate that she adheres to Islamic manners during work, such as not beautifying herself, not speaking alluringly, and avoiding private seclusion (khalwa (definition)). As for working for foreign companies, it is permissible if the benefit derived is Islamically lawful.
