Is it permissible to apply the description of "person" (shakhs) to Allah Almighty, based on the noble Hadith: "No person (shakhs) is more jealous than Allah"?

It is permissible to use the term "person" (شخص) for Allah Almighty and to describe Him with it, as it is mentioned in the authentic Sunnah, such as in the Hadith in Muslim: "And no person (شخص) is more jealous than Allah," and in Bukhari: "No person (شخص) is more jealous than Allah." This is the view of many of the Ahl al-Sunnah. For a "person" (شخص) is that which distinguishes and becomes clear from others, and Allah Almighty is more manifest and greater than everything. Those commentators of Hadith who prohibited the use of this term for Allah are from the negating Mutakallimūn (theologians), who interpreted "person" (شخص) with a meaning that is impermissible to ascribe to Allah, such as corporeality.
