"The thoughts that cross one's mind are not held against them, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for what crosses their minds, as long as they do not act upon it or speak of it.'
As for what the tongue utters: if it is due to an overwhelming compulsion that cannot be resisted, then it is similar to the situation of one who is coerced, and thus not held accountable. However, if one is able to resist it and refrain from uttering it but fails to do so, then they are held accountable for it."
