In Islamic Sharia, is he who stands with the oppressor like him who stands with the oppressed?

In our Sharia, helping the wronged party who is in the right is not equivalent to helping the oppressor who is in the wrong. And whoever helps an oppressor becomes a partner with him in sin. The duty is to strive for reconciliation between the two parties, as stated in the verses: "The believers are nothing but brothers, so make reconciliation between your two brothers" and "And reconciliation is better" and "So fear Allah and amend that which is between you." If one of the parties refuses, then it is obligatory to help the oppressed and remove the injustice from him. As for helping the oppressor, it is by restraining him from his oppression and preventing him, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or oppressed… by restraining him or preventing him from oppression, for that is helping him."
