Is it permissible for a man who has been entrusted with distributing Zakat to give a portion of it to his poor sons and university students?

It is permissible to give zakat to children if they are among the eight categories of zakat recipients and the owner of the wealth has not specified the disbursement channel, provided that they are poor or indebted or similar, and are unable to earn a living or combine earning with studying, and that they are diligent in seeking knowledge that Muslims need. As for the father's own zakat money, it is not to be given to his children.
