Is someone who dies while drifting (tafheet) considered to have committed suicide?

What some young people do by playing with cars and showing off with them—"Tafheet" (drifting)—is forbidden and sinful, because it entails danger, the taking of lives, and the destruction of bodies and property. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is ever Merciful to you." (Quran 4:29) and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah dislikes for you three things: gossiping, wasting money, and excessive questioning." However, it is not considered suicide unless the perpetrator intends to kill himself.
