The majority of scholars are of the view that a woman's awrah (intimate parts) in front of another woman is the area between the navel and the knee. A Muslim woman should not look at immodestly dressed women on screens, for fear of admiring them or becoming lenient with the hijab and imitating them. It is forbidden to look at them if their appearance is accompanied by something unlawful. It is permissible to envy a disbeliever or a wicked person and to wish for the removal of the blessing they use to commit sin.
