What is the ruling on performing Umrah on behalf of one's father if post-miscarriage bleeding occurs after the Umrah, and is it permissible for one experiencing post-miscarriage bleeding to perform the Sa'i only without the Tawaf?

The minimum duration of menstruation, according to the majority of scholars, is one day and one night. Therefore, if the red blood you saw did not last for a day and a night, you are not considered menstruating, and you may perform 'Umrah. However, if its duration reached a day and a night, and the miscarriage bleeding had stopped more than thirteen days prior, then it appears to be menstruation. In this case, you should not perform 'Umrah until you are pure, as 'Umrah is not valid without circumambulation (Tawaf).
