Is the saying: "By the life of my heart and its joys" an oath considered polytheism (shirk), and is it permissible?

The statement "By the life of my heart and its joys" is an oath sworn by other than Allah, which is impermissible and considered a form of minor shirk (polytheism). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade swearing by other than Allah, and whoever swears by other than Allah has disbelieved or committed shirk. The matter becomes worse if this statement is in a song accompanied by music, as listening to music is forbidden.
