Is swearing by "By the عزّة (might/glory) of Allah," or "By the جلال (majesty) of Allah," or "By the life of our Lord (وحياة ربنا)" considered a polytheistic oath (قسم شركي)? And does this fall under associating partners with Allah (shirk) in one of His attributes? And what is the ruling on saying "The destinies willed (شاءت الأقدار)" or "The destinies decreed (حكمت الأقدار)"?

Swearing by the might of Allah, or His majesty, or His life is permissible, because it is swearing by an attribute of Allah Almighty. And it is not correct to say: "fate willed it," or "destiny decreed"; because will and judgment belong to Allah Almighty.
