Are the lesson before the Friday sermon and the non-allocation of the second sermon solely for supplication considered innovations?

We have previously issued numerous fatwas regarding the ruling on gathering in circles before Friday prayer. The statement that not dedicating the second sermon to supplication is an innovation is incorrect; rather, it is an innovation to make it exclusively for supplication. Supplication in the second sermon is permissible, but dedicating it solely to supplication has no valid religious evidence. A proposal to upload a program to view the website's fatwas has been presented to the administration.
