Is it permissible to suffice with only the first sermon on Friday and dedicate the second sermon to supplication (du'a) only, without any speech or sermon?

The Friday prayer is valid according to those who hold the view that the second sermon should be limited to supplication, such as the Hanafis, who believe that the second sermon contains no admonition, but is rather for supplicating for believing men and women. Others, however, stipulate that both sermons must include praise of Allah, prayers upon the Prophet, recitation of the Quran, and admonition.
