What is the method for delivering the Friday sermon with a Sura from the Quran when the Imam is absent, and should the two sermons be with two independent Suras, and is it necessary to mention the praise (Al-Hamd) and prayers upon the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him?

It is necessary for whoever wishes to deliver the Friday sermon to praise Allah and send blessings upon the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. Then, he should admonish the people and remind them to fear Allah, and recite something from the Quran, even if it is just one verse, in one of the two sermons. Then he should sit, then stand and do as he did in the first sermon, and supplicate for the believers at the end of the second sermon.
