Is it permissible for a father who curses the Divine Being to be the guardian (wali) of his daughter in the marriage contract?

If the aforementioned father insulted Allah Almighty, neither under duress nor excused by ignorance, nor overcome in his mind, then he has exited the fold of Islam. It is not permissible for him to be a guardian (wali) in marriage for his Muslim daughter, by consensus, before he returns to Islam. If his guardianship falls, it transfers to the next in line according to the sequence.
