Is the father's guardianship over his daughter in marriage valid if he does not pray, commits abominations, curses the Divine Essence, and commits many other mentioned sins, especially since the suitor is righteous?

For a marriage to be valid, the woman's guardian (wali) is required. The wali is a Muslim, adult, sane, and trustworthy person entrusted with the care of the woman under his guardianship. If the father curses Allah - Almighty and Majestic - this is an act of disbelief that expels him from the fold of Islam. If, at the time of the marriage contract, the father had not repented from his cursing of Allah, then his guardianship falls away and transfers to the next in line among the guardians. These are, in order: the paternal grandfather, then the brothers, then their sons, then the paternal uncles, then their sons. However, his delaying prayers and committing some sins does not invalidate his guardianship.
