Will the number of Arabs decrease in the End Times, and what are the reasons for that?

It is authentically reported in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Hour will be established while the Byzantines are the most numerous of people," which indicates the small number of Arabs compared to them. Amr ibn al-Aas commented on this hadith by mentioning good qualities of the Byzantines, among them: that they are the most forbearing of people during tribulation, the quickest to recover after a calamity, the quickest to return to battle after retreating, the best of them towards the poor, the orphan, and the weak, and the most resistant to the injustice of kings, which suggests their conversion to Islam in the End of Times.
