What is the share of each heir from the estate of a deceased wife who left behind: two sisters, a mother, a husband, and two daughters?
If the deceased woman has no heirs other than those mentioned, her estate is divided as follows: The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and a number of siblings. The two daughters receive two-thirds because they are multiple. The husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The two sisters receive nothing because they are in the position of 'asabah (residuaries) with the daughters, and nothing remains for them after the sharers (ashab al-furud). The original denominator of the inheritance is twelve, but it increases to thirteen due to the overlapping of shares, so the estate is divided into thirteen shares.
