Is it permissible to purchase a forged certificate to practice medicine in order to join one's husband abroad, knowing that the acquired experience is not relevant to the future specialization?

Purchasing a certificate is a type of forbidden deception and forgery, because it falls under the category of false testimony mentioned in the Quran, and the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives is not of us." Forgery is describing something contrary to its true nature with the intention of deception and lying, and it includes forging documents and imitating signatures. Therefore, it is not permissible to buy or forge certificates, even if some people do so, because of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Do not be 'Imma'ah" (meaning, do not be subservient and follow others blindly).
