What is the difference between al-hamm and al-ghamm?

Anxiety (al-hamm) is sadness, and it arises from thinking about an anticipated, distressing event. As for sorrow (al-ghamm), it is the distress that afflicts the heart due to something that has already occurred. Some say they carry the same meaning.
