What is the method for reforming people in an environment that does not recognize lawful and unlawful, and what is the solution for the inability to perform prayer?

Your duty is to reform yourself and repent from abandoning prayer, while bearing in mind the punishment for those who abandon it and the reward for those who observe it, and to associate with righteous people. As for reforming others, it is done by inviting them to Allah, enjoining good and forbidding evil, seeking religious knowledge, reminding them of the Last Day, praying for them, and being a good example.
