Which are the two places in the Noble Qur’an where it is mentioned that blood relatives are more entitled to one another, and what do they mean?

Allah Almighty mentioned, "And those of kinship are nearer to one another," in two places in the Qur’an. The first is in Surat Al-Anfal, meaning that if the guardianship of Islam is supported by the guardianship of kinship, that makes support stronger. The second is in Surat Al-Ahzab, indicating the abrogation of the ruling of inheritance by brotherhood, which was known in early Islam, so that those of kinship become nearer to one another in inheritance.
