What is the ruling on remaining as an observer (administrator) in iPhone program rooms that contain pictures which may be of women, knowing that the speaker's notifications of his unwillingness to be an administrator have not always been effective, and exiting these rooms leads to the repetition of the problem in other rooms?

Posting pictures of women on forums is an ugly and forbidden act due to the arousal of temptation and incitement of desires it entails. Those in charge of websites must prevent this, otherwise, they will be sinful, and so will anyone who remains silent about removing the evil. The Children of Israel were cursed for their inaction and silence regarding the evil among them, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed that the consequence of silence regarding evil is widespread destruction.

There is no harm for you in remaining in these rooms as long as your work there involves spreading good and does not aid in any evil. You must advise those in charge of the rooms by clarifying the Sharia guidelines, and they must delete everything that displeases Allah Almighty from their forum. You must also advise the users of these rooms by clarifying the prohibition of forbidden things, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Religion is sincerity (or advice)."
