What is the ruling on subscribing to satellite TV cards that contain both clean and immoral channels, knowing that the immoral channels cannot be deleted, and that some people use them to watch immoral channels while others use them to watch purposeful channels?

Satellite channels often promote indecency and spread corrupt beliefs and deviance, and many of their users do not limit themselves to what is beneficial. If you can control the device such that you only use it for permissible things and do not allow your method to be changed (which is almost impossible), then there is no harm. Otherwise, what you are doing is not permissible, and you may bear the sins of those who watch it with you, due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will bear its sin and the sin of whoever acts upon it until the Day of Resurrection, without anything being diminished from their sins."
