What should a traveler do if the beginning of fasting differs between the country of departure and the country of arrival?

Fasting is not obligatory for the traveler, but it is obligatory for the resident whose stay severs the ruling of travel. What is considered in this matter is the dawn. So, whoever the dawn breaks upon while he is traveling is considered a traveler, and whoever the dawn breaks upon while he is resident is considered a resident. If the traveler arrives at his place of residence before dawn breaks, he must fast. If he arrives during the day, he is permitted to break his fast due to travel and is not obligated to abstain from food and drink upon arrival. He must make up for that day which he broke his fast.
