Is there a supplication for someone who desires male children after Allah has blessed him with females?

There is no specific, authentic supplication for requesting a male child. However, a Muslim can supplicate to Allah Almighty for this need during times when prayers are answered, such as the last part of the night and the hour of Jumu'ah (Friday). What is prescribed is for a Muslim to ask his Lord for all his needs.
