How can someone pay Zakat on my behalf if my garment hangs below the ankles (isbal), and can I pay Zakat on my own behalf?

The question is vague. There are authentic hadiths that prohibit isbal (letting one's garment hang below the ankles), among them the hadith in Bukhari narrated by Ibn Umar, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever drags his garment out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection." Pride (khuyala') is an internal matter, and one should be cautious about isbal even if it is not out of pride, as some scholars consider it absolutely forbidden.
