Is it permissible for spouses to use the water remaining from the other's ghusl, whether it be the pure water in the vessel or the water already used in the ghusl?

There is no objection to a woman purifying herself with the pure water remaining in a vessel after her husband has performed ghusl. However, as for the water dripping from the body after an obligatory ghusl, jurists have differed regarding the ruling on purifying oneself with it.
