Is a Hafiz of the Qur’an sinful if he does not teach the Qur’an to people because there is no demand for it, and what are the duties of a Hafiz of the Qur’an?

Teaching and learning the Quran are among the best deeds, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best among you is he who learns the Quran and teaches it." The virtue of its teacher is like the virtue of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, over the lowliest of people. Teaching the Quran is a communal obligation (fard kifayah); if there is no one to teach people but you, then it becomes obligatory upon you to teach them, otherwise, you would be sinning. The حافظ (memorizer) of the Quran should be sincere to Allah, review the Quran, not seek worldly gain, embody the Quran in his character, teach it to people, be gentle with his students, act according to its rulings, stand in night prayer with it, and it is advisable to consult the books "Akhlaq Hamalat al-Quran" (The Morals of the Bearers of the Quran) by Al-Ajurri and "Al-Tibyan fi Adab Hamalat al-Quran" (The Clarification of the Etiquette of the Bearers of the Quran) by Al-Nawawi.
