Is the husband considered sinful if he refrains from intimate relations with his wife, whom he agreed to take back after divorcing her, on condition that she waive some of her rights, and then she demanded them? And is it permissible for the wife to retract her agreement? And what is the most appropriate Sharia-compliant action in the case of the husband’s dislike for his wife and her family’s insistence on her staying?

The jurists mentioned that if a wife waives her rights so that her husband keeps her, and then she retracts and demands them, she is entitled to them.

Therefore, the wife's rights must be fulfilled as long as she is under the husband's marital bond; this is part of maintaining the marriage honorably.

If the husband does not fulfill her right, he is unjust to her, and his dislike for her is not an excuse that justifies injustice.

If the relationship between the spouses has deteriorated, divorce is better to remove the corruption resulting from the continuation of the marriage.

One should not torment oneself because of a ill-tempered wife; it is reported in the Hadith (definition) that whoever has an ill-tempered wife and does not divorce her, then supplicates against her, his supplication will not be answered.
