It is prescribed for a father to be equitable among his children in gifts, and these gifts must be approximately equal in value. It is not permissible for a father to revoke a gift to his son unless the son has not taken possession of the gift or the gift has changed. What the son built in the house is his property and does not enter into the inheritance. The son has a share equal to that of his male siblings in the father's estate.
