Is repeatedly going to and praying in Quba Mosque better, or praying in the Prophet's Mosque?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to visit Quba Mosque every Saturday, riding and walking, and he would pray in it. This indicates its virtue and distinction from other mosques, with the exception of the three mosques. Ibn Hajar was of the opinion that the virtue of Quba, the mosque within it, and praying in it is established, but there is no mention of the reward for prayer being multiplied therein like in the three mosques.

The Prophet's Mosque is superior due to what has been reported regarding its virtue and the multiplication of the reward for prayer therein. A prayer in it is better than a thousand prayers elsewhere, except for the Sacred Mosque. Journeys are undertaken to visit three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, the Mosque of the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, and Al-Aqsa Mosque. Prayer in the Sacred Mosque is equivalent to one hundred thousand prayers, in the Prophet's Mosque to one thousand prayers, and in Jerusalem to five hundred prayers.
