Is prayer obligatory for someone who involuntarily curses the Divine Being and the Messenger (peace be upon him) during and after prayer, while also suffering from constant flatulence, and what is the way to get rid of this, given that reciting the Al-Mu'awwidhat (Surahs of Refuge) has not helped?

Slandering Allah or the Messenger is an act of disbelief (kufr) that expels one from the fold of Islam, except for someone who is coerced or a sick person who loses control over their speech. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) does not nullify religious obligations; it must be resisted and treated. The lack of benefit from the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas) might be due to not understanding their meaning and the heart's heedlessness when reciting them, as they are a supplication and a refuge sought in Allah, requiring the heart's presence and certainty of response. A person afflicted with continuous wind incontinence ( سلس الريح المستمر) has the same ruling as one afflicted with urinary incontinence: they perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time and pray the obligatory and supererogatory prayers. If the wind stops for a time sufficient to perform the prayer, they should delay it; otherwise, they perform ablution and pray, even if they experience an emission.
