What is the ruling on working as a doctor on tourist ships that carry European tourists and where nudity and things that violate religion are likely to be present?

The work of a doctor is permissible in Islamic law, and the earnings from it are lawful, because it does not aid in sins. However, a Muslim would not be content working in a place that forces them to associate with objectionable matters, especially if they are unable to denounce them.
