What is the ruling on remembering Allah in one's heart when feeling fear inside the restroom?

One should not mention God inside the bathroom, as the place is not suitable. However, if one remembers Him in their heart, there is no harm, but it is preferable not to vocalize it with the tongue until leaving the bathroom.
