Why are Muslims subjected to contempt and indifference from infidel nations, even though the religion states that they are the most honorable people on earth, and will the Arabs unite?
The glory and elevation of Muslims are conditional upon adherence to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, and the implementation of the teachings of the religion. If they deviate from Allah's methodology and replace it with other methodologies, Allah will humiliate them and empower the worst of His creation over them. Allah indeed honored the Arabs through Islam after they had been the weakest of nations, and made them leaders of the world. Allah promised the righteous believers succession on earth, empowerment for their religion, and replacement of their fear with security. The predecessors understood this truth, for Umar ibn al-Khattab said: "We were the most humiliated people, then Allah honored us with Islam, and no matter what we seek glory in other than it, Allah will humiliate us." The latter part of this Ummah will not be rectified except by what rectified its first part. Thus, the return of glory to Muslims will be by returning to their religion.
