Is it obligatory to return to the motherland to protect children from the influences of Western life, and is not returning considered a shortcoming in their right before Allah, taking into consideration regularly taking them to the mosque?

A Muslim is prohibited from residing in a land of disbelief (Kufr) if he is unable to practice the rituals of his religion or fears for the upbringing of his children. In this case, he must emigrate to a Muslim country. However, if he is able to practice the rituals of his religion and raise his children, then it is not forbidden for him to remain, even if it requires effort and hardship. He is advised to return to an Islamic country whenever possible, while frequently supplicating for the righteousness of his offspring.
