What is the ruling on someone who wakes up at night and turns over more than once: should they repeat the dhikr mentioned in the noble Hadith, or is once sufficient? And is it sufficient to make dhikr and supplication with the heart without uttering them with the tongue to attain the virtue mentioned in the Hadith? And what is meant by "night" in the Hadith: does it include the entire night or specific parts of it?

It is permissible to repeat the remembrance (dhikr) mentioned in the Hadith for someone who wakes up more than once during the night. The intended remembrance here is that which is uttered with the tongue. The reward is only achieved by moving the tongue and lips with it. The word "ta'aar" in the Hadith means waking up while remembering Allah aloud, because for one accustomed to remembrance, dhikr becomes intertwined with their consciousness in sleep and wakefulness. The night encompasses the time from Maghrib (sunset) until the appearance of dawn, and the reward is accrued from the remembrance in any part of the night.
