It is preferable to name children with good names such as "Abdullah" and "Abdul Rahman," and girls with good names like the names of the Prophet's daughters, wives, and female companions. However, if they are named otherwise, with names that do not contain any -prohibited aspects, then there is no harm. It is not known that the name "Wajdan" is among the names used by Sufis.
