Is the heart considered to have coverings or to be sealed if a doctrinal doubt concerning Tawhid al-Rububiyyah (Oneness of Allah's Lordship) enters it, and its owner attempts to repel it with knowledge and resistance but it does not depart? And what is the solution for removing it?
To deal with misconceptions:
1. Avoid listening to them and associating with people of misguidance, for hearts are weak, and the Imams of the Salaf used to turn away from hearing them. 2. Make your heart like a "solid glass bottle" through which misconceptions pass on their surface and do not settle within it, not like a "sponge" that absorbs them. 3. Ask people of knowledge about the misconceptions that arise in your heart so they can clarify them for you. 4. Increase your engagement with the Quran and ponder over it; for it is a cure for the ailments of misconceptions and desires.
