Is it permissible to pray and drink water brought from wells, using stolen electricity?

Stealing electricity is forbidden, and its perpetrator must repent and guarantee its value. If water is drawn using usurped electricity, its use is considered disliked (makruh) by the Hanbalis. However, if the water itself is usurped, it is not permissible to use it for drinking except out of necessity, nor for ablution (wudu’). The validity of ablution with it is a matter of dispute, and the fatwa (ruling) given is that it is valid but sinful.
