What is the ruling on one from whom urine or prostatic fluid is discharged after urinating or waking up, and it continues to be discharged, and is this considered a perpetual impurity (hadath da'im) or incontinence (sals), and is it obligatory to perform ablution for every prayer, taking into consideration the Maliki madhhab, especially the opinion of the Iraqis among them regarding incontinence?

Avoid squeezing the penis after urinating to prevent the continued discharge of urine, and treat obsessive thoughts by disregarding them. If the discharge of urine drops is continuous and does not cease for a sufficient time for prayer, then you are a person with urinary incontinence ( سلس): perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, protect yourself from the spread of impurity, and pray; what comes out will not harm you. However, if the drops cease for a known period sufficient for purification and prayer, then wait for this time and then pray. The discharge of urine during prayer invalidates it. Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) drops are not considered incontinence. It is permissible for a person with incontinence to follow the opinion of the Iraqis among the Malikis.
