The answer

The was authenticated by Al-Albani based on its various chains of narration in Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahiha (2553). Some Hadith scholars, such as Ibn Kathir, deemed it weak through some of its routes, but it was not definitively ruled as absolutely weak.
