Does the hadith: "On the Day of Resurrection, Allah, عز وجل, will hand to every Muslim a Jew or a Christian, and say: 'This is your ransom from the Fire,'" mean that a Muslim will never enter the Fire?

On the Day of Resurrection, for every Muslim, a Jew or a Christian will be presented as his ransom from the Hellfire. This is explained by the idea that every person has two seats: one in Paradise and one in Hell. If a Muslim believes, his seat in Hell is replaced with a seat in Paradise. Consequently, the disbelievers take the place of Muslims in Hell, which means the Muslim's salvation from it. This favor extends to all Muslims and does not contradict some of them entering Hell for purification from sins, then exiting it and entering Paradise, inheriting the seats of the disbelievers therein. So, whoever purifies himself in this world enters Paradise, and whoever does not purify himself enters Hell for purification, then exits it.
