How can we reconcile the Prophet’s (PBUH) prohibition of saying “Feed your Lord” with Allah’s (Exalted be He) saying in Surat Yusuf, “As for the other, he will pour wine for his lord”?

The issue dealt with some texts that outwardly appear contradictory. There is a prohibition against using the terms "servitude" (عبودية) and "lordship" (ربوبية) when attributed to other than Allah, such as the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Let none of you say: 'Feed your lord...' and let none of you say: 'My male slave' or 'My female slave.'" However, there are texts indicating the permissibility of their use in the Quran and Sunnah (definition), such as Allah's (the Most High) saying: "And the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves" (24:32), and Yusuf's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, he is my master; he made my residence good" (12:23), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "That a female slave gives birth to her mistress."

Scholars have provided multiple answers to reconcile this apparent contradiction: 1. Some held that permissibility was in previous legislations, but in our law, it is not permissible. 2. Others held that the prohibition is specific to those who attribute the term to themselves, such as saying "my slave," but if one says "this is your slave," there is no harm. 3. The majority of commentators and jurists viewed the prohibition as one of dislike (Karahah), not prohibition (Tahrim). 4. The prohibition is against making it a habit, not against using it occasionally. The term "lord" (Rabb) in these contexts means owner and master, which is not disliked for those who are not legally accountable.
