Is one who hunts a sparrow and kills it in the mosque with the intention of eating it while fasting sinful?

Hunting inside the mosque is not permissible, as it is designated for worship and is inconsistent with its veneration and purification. There is no sin in throwing a dead bird to cats, especially since it may not be lawful to eat due to not being slaughtered according to Islamic law.
