ما هي أسرار الصلاة؟

Prayer holds a great status in Islam; it is the second pillar after the Two Testimonies (Shahadatain) and the first thing a servant will be questioned about. It was ordained from above the seven heavens and is the pillar of the religion. Among its benefits are that it:

1. Forbids indecency and evil. 2. Expiates sins. 3. Brings comfort and tranquility. 4. Is considered a connection between the servant and his Lord. 5. Demonstrates servitude to Allah and delegation of all matters to Him.
