Is it obligatory to make up prayers that were performed in a dress that describes the body only in sunlight? And is it permissible to allocate the time between Asr and Maghrib for making up these prayers?

One's 'awrah (parts of the body that must be covered) must be covered during prayer with clothing that does not reveal the color of the body. The 'awrah of a woman in prayer is her entire body except for her face and hands. If the garment is thin and reveals the color of the skin, then the covering is not valid, nor is the prayer performed with it. However, if it is thin but does not reveal the color of the skin, then the prayer performed in it is valid. If the garment only reveals what is beneath it when facing the sun, and the prayer is not being performed in the sun, then that does not matter, because the prayer was completed with the 'awrah covered.
