What is the authenticity of the hadith that states Allah recited two surahs two thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth, and what are those two surahs?

This narration is weak because its chain of transmission includes Umar ibn Hafs ibn Dhakwan, who is considered abandoned in hadith. Therefore, it is not permissible to narrate it except to show its weakness.
