What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Whoever invokes blessings upon me ten times after washing his feet during ablution, Allah will relieve his worries and answer his supplication"?

What was asked about has not been found in the available books of hadith (definition) authentication. However, regarding what has been widely circulated on the internet as part of the Prophet's ﷺ وصايا (exhortations) attributed to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), scholars have declared all of them to be fabrications, with the exception of one hadith: "O Ali, you are to me as Aaron was to Moses, except that there will be no prophet after me."
